Tastebook for the Growing Green Awards

The Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) in San Francisco hosts an annual event called the Growing Green Awards, which recognizes important contributors to the sustainable food movement. One of the judges is well-known food writer and lecturer Michael Pollan.


The GGAs are attended by some of the Bay Area's most prominent philanthropists, business leaders and environmental crusaders.


As part of the evening's events, a recipe collection was complied using recipes donated by various chefs from San Francisco and other Bay Area locales.


I edited the submitted recipes for inclusion in the Tastebook that was handed out to attendees.
